Escape to Edenwild: Lopez Island

What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life, the Escape to Edenwild retreat on Lopez Island in the beautiful San Juan Islands is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

This retreat is designed for those who work in the mental health/social services/medical fields to serve as a weekend of self-care to give back to your mind, body, and spirit and restore your energy.

October 16-18, 2026

$800 per person includes:

  • Private room/private bathroom at Edenwild Boutique Hotel

  • All meals and snacks

  • Yoga instructor - 3 hours

  • Retreat experience

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid. Experiences include restorative yoga practice, silent hiking, reflection experiences, and socialization with others (as much or as little as you desire).

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself - participation level is up to you. Our hope for you is to also connect with oneself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

The retreat prioritizes comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
