Janelle Jensen, LMFT

Janelle is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Orca Counseling. She has been working in the field for over 13 years mostly with family caregivers of dementia and other neurocognitive disorders. She also enjoys working with parents of both young and adult children and those launching into adulthood.
Janelle has experience working in skilled nursing facilities, non-profits, private care management, private practice, and group practice ownership. She enjoys how unique each person is and believes we all have strengths available to help us navigate our mental wellness and the natural ups and downs of life. Janelle works with clients to better understand themselves in the context of relationships and systems, navigating how to care for oneself in all situations.
Using her experience as a couples and family trained therapist and as a business owner, Janelle started the POD Coaching Program for those wanting to work on their business relationships.
Janelle is a WA State approved supervisor and available to provide supervision for mental health professionals.
Dr. Michael Freeman, Psy.D

Dr. Freeman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified EMDR Therapist dedicated to helping youth, young adults, and families heal from trauma and navigate life’s challenges. Grounded in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice, he cultivates supportive, inclusive spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered. Michael is inspired by the resilience of those he works with and the transformative power of therapy, and he brings curiosity, compassion, and creativity to every therapeutic interaction.
Dr. Freeman’s approach is strength-based, goal-oriented, and creative. Drawing from humanistic, experiential, and evidence-based therapies—including EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing—to support healing and growth.

Bailey graduated from Antioch University with a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy and completed the Sex Therapy Certificate Program. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and varying relationship constructs. Bailey will meet you where you are on your journey, being present and hearing your needs. Collaboratively, you will identify goals and work towards healing in a space that promotes exploration of thoughts, emotions and relational patterns. She appreciates the use of humor and collaboration that can cultivate the connection needed for clients to get unstuck and move on in their lives and relationships.
Using evidence based modalities and combinations thereof, we will explore your part of the systems in your life and your lived experiences.
Bailey also offers premarital counseling to couples wanting to prepare & enrich their future together. These services are not covered by insurance and are offered as a package of 4 sessions for $500.

Her work focuses on trauma, sleep issues, anger, hypervigilance, substance use, and the impact of the job on relationships and identity. As a therapist with six years of experience, she also specializes in supporting teens, adults, and families navigating life’s complexities with compassion, authenticity, and respect. Stacey’s approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT with trauma informed care.
She is passionate about helping youth and families build healthier communication patterns, explore identity, and manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, and life transitions. Whether working with a young person navigating gender exploration or a family learning to rebuild trust, her goal is to foster resilience and connection.
Jenny Tran, LSWAIC

Jenny is a compassionate, client-centered therapist who believes that healing happens in the presence of safety, authenticity, and connection. She works collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Grounded in a strengths-based approach and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) – Jenny focuses on building practical skills around emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships. Together, you will work at a pace that feels supportive and respectful, creating space for meaningful change over time.
Jenny’s clinical experience includes working with teens, young adults, and adults in higher levels of care, including partial hospitalization programs.
Clare Collins, LSWAIC

Clare began studying social work as an undergraduate at St. Olaf College in Minnesota and later completed a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across school-based and community mental health settings.
Clare has also provided virtual therapy to K-12 students facing anxiety, depression, and family challenges. Clare has experience working in public schools, telehealth settings, community response teams, and nonprofit organizations. She has supported students and clients through academic, emotional, and social challenges by collaborating closely with families, educators, and care teams to create individualized, strengths-based plans.
Clare values a collaborative and approachable therapeutic style, and enjoys seeing the strengths of each person and working together to identify goals for growth and healing. She draws from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, while remaining grounded in a systems perspective that considers each person’s relationships, environment, and lived experiences. She believes that everyone has the capacity for growth and resilience, and works to create a supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns.
Clare has a particular interest in supporting youth ages 7 and above and young adults as they navigate transitions, identity development, and life stressors.
