Orca Counseling therapists are open-minded, resilient, curious, and authentic.
Orca Counseling will provide the following:
W2 Employment
Private office space
Supervision
Insurance credentialing and billing services
Administrative support, including all technology required
Free Orca transit pass (office is near multiple bus lines)
Paid sick time

Expectations of this role:
Provide confidential and ethical mental health therapy within the scope of your expertise, experience and training
30 hours of weekly appointments available - flexible scheduling
Have a customer service mindset and positive attitude towards clients and team
Engage in weekly staff meetings and consultations/supervision
Promptly reply to all client inquiries and follow up emails and calls
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or associate level)
Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of Google Workspace and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
